PILATES

Pilates focuses on developing your core stability muscles as well as improving your flexibility. Pilates is idea for all ages and fitness levels with the instructor able to tailor the level of difficulty. This class has become very popular.

GROUP PT CLASSES

Group PT is a fun, filled training session ideal for all ages and fitness level. Group PT will be held on Monday & Thursday at 6:30pm. A Sunday class is also available to attend at 9:00am.  Great for the weight loss, fitness and the Abs, so come and join in!!
